Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join reputed company in Illinois, USA. As a Senior Examination Designer, you'll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of data experts, BI engineers, reputed company chairs, and data clients to deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Health. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Directs the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects
- Upholds long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analysis expectations
- Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
- Creates data organizing and pre-handling principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data repositories from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents
- Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents)
- Developing internal tools for automation of reputed company development-reputed company activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
Essential Capabilities
* Demonstrated, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience designing and deploying intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience providing thought leadership and presenting reputed company-agnostic semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)

* Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
