The Opportunity

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Florida, providing top-notch support to customers who speak both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide personalized support to customers who speak both English and Spanish
  • Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while maintaining a high-paced call volume
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Report to an assigned supervisor

System Requirements

To work from home as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will need to meet certain system requirements. These include:

  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
