The Opportunity

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. • Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting customers with questions, resolving issues, and personalizing their experience
• Confirmed refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

• Reporting to your Customer Service Supervisor

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Must reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
• Bilingual Spanish speaking opportunities available
• Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
• Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements
• Troubleshooting own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting reputed company of $15.00/hour
• Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual Specialists
• Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)
• New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

Training Schedule

Your employment with arenaflex begins with a six-week reputed company program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.

System Requirements

Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items:

• Self-provided Computer or laptop with a reputed company Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• Headset compatible with HSN specifications (HSN reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet reputed company. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option
• Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
