Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Call Center at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Broker Services clients, responding to inquiries from the general public, and supporting the Broker Services department staff as required. You'll also assist the Broker Services Manager with volunteer driver coordination and scheduling as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and book rides in accordance with demand response programs, including Medicaid NEMT, 5310 Grant Program, and general public demand response
- Respond to inquiries from the general public
- Support and assist Broker Services department staff as required
- Assist the Broker Services Manager with volunteer driver coordination and scheduling as needed

Essential Qualifications
* A combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to reputed company the essential functions of the position
- High school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience in customer service required
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with a diverse population
- Remain reputed company in stressful situations, work effectively in an environment with multiple competing priorities

Work Conditions
* Ability to sit for long periods of time, work at a computer, and answer frequent phone calls is required

- Operates in a professional office environment; and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
