Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Relations Associate - Seasonal Part Time at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for reputed company customers. You will be responsible for greeting and acknowledging customers in a reputed company and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction to customers. You will also be expected to support a strong commitment to customer service, remain product knowledgeable, and stay aware of advertised sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet reputed company customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner

• Handle customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork
• Sort returns by category and return to proper area
• Sell appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses
• Handle and administer reputed company incentive and reward programs
• Remain product knowledgeable
• Remain aware of advertised sales
• reputed company work area clean, reputed company, and well stocked with supplies
• Follow reputed company Company Policies and Procedures
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:

+ Identifying and evaluating customers' needs + Making product recommendations based on this analysis + Promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up

Experience and Qualifications

* Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits
