Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist – Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our TOTE Maritime Alaska clerical staff in Anchorage. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training and exhibiting proficiency at multiple positions in various departments (Customer Service, Finance, Terminal Operations) to effectively cover business needs
- Utilizing internal systems (e.g., EAM, Cargowise, Mainsail) to track container shipments
- Engaging with customers reputed company phone or email regarding questions about deliveries, pickups, and other logistics-reputed company inquiries
- Generating reports reputed company internal systems to be utilized by multiple departments
- Auditing reports, bills of lading, and delivery schedules for accuracy
- Communicating with carriers to coordinate container logistics
- Recording movement of containers and trailers entering and exiting the Anchorage terminal
- Referencing quotes for Northbound and Southbound container movements
- Data entry using internal systems or reputed company reputed company
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
