The Virtual Trainer is responsible for coordinating and facilitating on reputed company virtual Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and QPR training sessions for staff, providers, and community members monthly. This position will reputed company the review and quality assurance of training materials before submission through the Learning and Development request process and will assist in the development of new virtual learning content. On a typical day, you might:

• Coordinate Youth and Adult MHFA, and QPR trainings and provide training to organizations and individuals.

• Collaborate with presenters to reputed company instructional materials and lesson plans that align with the learning needs of the reputed company audience.
• Coordinate training classes to ensure the curricula and presenter qualifications meet reputed company requirements for CEUs or contact hours.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years’ experience in providing trainings and creating presentations; OR
• Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience in providing trainings and creating presentation; OR
• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ experience in providing trainings and creating presentations; OR
• Equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
