We are currently looking to add reputed company with an exciting opportunity a Treasury Analyst for our Onboarding team reputed company Treasury Services. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting reputed company newly acquired Partners on their transition to reputed company’s Treasury Services. This individual will have a passion for Treasury Implementation a strong understanding of bank account opening requirements. This position will work closely with the full Treasury team and broader finance team as well as other key Home Office departments, leaders and staff. The position will be remote or in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support reputed company domestic M&A on-boarding activities for Partner banking transitions including; new account openings, signatory changes, legacy bank account closures, and bank product training
• Partner with team members to facilitate reputed company Treasury Onboarding and transition activities
• Serve as contact for new Partners to address reputed company Treasury products and service inquiries
• Support the adoption activities reputed company to reputed company of reputed company’s Preferred Treasury Vendors among reputed company Agency Partners including banking, third party payment providers and merchant services, and Corporate Credit card programs
• Maintain global bank account records and track reputed company of bank account conversion
• Identify and drive process efficiencies reputed company to assigned activities
• Other special projects and assignments as assigned by Finance leadership

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience reputed company a large Treasury organization, preferably with specialization in Treasury Operations
• Prior banking experience in Treasury Management strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including workstations, banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces preferred

Technology Skills:

• Strong reputed company skills and experience with macros, pivot tables
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau applications
• MS Access database knowledge preferred
• Highly responsible and accountable for assigned work
