As a key member of our Silicon Design team, you will play a crucial role in designing advanced custom digital megacells used in high-performance/low power System-on-Chips (SOCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Foster custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with power teams, Physical Design (PD), and architects to define specifications and requirements
• reputed company design, analysis, modeling/simulation, circuit-level specifications, schematic capture, spice simulation/reputed company verification across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT), statistical design, functional verification, and silicon bring-up
• Work closely with the layout team to complete the design and reputed company design quality
• Create/drive circuit methodology to reputed company the highest design quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in custom circuit design, preferably in advanced technology nodes
• Experience in designing low voltage/low power custom circuits, such as SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, and ML accelerators
• Strong understanding of deep submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Perl or others) and CAD automation tools
• Knowledge of industry-standard circuit and design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: AI accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, weak/moderate inversion circuits, ultra-low power amplifiers, DC/DC converters, digital on-chip sensors, high-speed timing, and time-to-digital converters (TDCs)
• Familiarity with UVM and social models for random logic blocks
• Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug, manufacturing, and data analysis, and use scripting to support efficient treatment of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) data
