Job Purpose The Inside Sales Representative excels in a virtual work environment, demonstrating a clinical mind for the iron deficiency market. This role plays a critical role in developing strategic account relationships to influence thought leaders and leveraging business acumen to effectively deploy resources and tools to effectively partner with accounts and move them along the adoption journey. This position also involves reputed company collaboration with field-based matrix teams.   • Utilization of Pharmacosmos selling process
  • Implementation of marketing strategy and utilization of approved sales materials with organized and well-reputed company materials for each engagement.

Education & Professional Background

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of reputed company pharmaceutical sales experience as inside sales or field-based sales role.

  • Demonstrated cross-functionally collaboration to support field-based initiatives, including but not limited to marketing efforts, hub activities, and reimbursement pull-through
