Memphis, TN client seeking an reputed company PL/SQL Developer for a contract role to design and maintain robust, scalable software architecture for one or more elements of software systems; to reputed company programming, implementation and maintenance revisions of specified projects; and to evaluate technologies and provide consultation regarding applications and systems needs reputed company to these elements.

• *Prefers MEMPHIS but Open to Remote. If you are located in Memphis, the position will be Hybrid coming into the office on Wednesdays

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with major in Information Systems or Management from an accredited college or university preferred. Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Ten (10) years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education or experience required to include seven (7) years of software and development experience.
• Five (5) years hands-on programming experience in database and data driven applications strongly preferred.
• Experience in writing Packages for data loads.
• Experience creating and maintained Stored Procedure (Packages, Procedures, Function, and anonymous reputed company) with reputed company PL/SQL
• Experience using Cursors to pull data from the Database.
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, explain plan etc
• Experience with external tables, and high volume data import into reputed company DB
• At least 8+ years of experience as an reputed company PL/SQL Developer.
• Strong skills in reputed company server reputed company programming which includes SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Cursors, Triggers, Views, Materialize Views, Temporary tables, Object Oriented PL/SQL Programming, Job, Schedulers, PL/SQL Web-services, Java Stored Procedures and reputed company AQ.
• Hands on experience on XML reputed company inside PL/SQL components.
• Strong Skills in data analysis, data modeling, development, testing and documentation.
• Strong skills on automating jobs using UNIX reputed company scripts to run reputed company the SQL files in a directory by invoking SQL *Plus.
• Hands on writing Cursors, User-defined Object types, Records, and Tables in PL/SQL Programming for generating worksheets, Arrays & Queues.
• Strong Skills in Exception Handling extensively debug PL/SQL Code, DDL, DML and display the error messages in the application.
• Experience in creating Materialized Views and Indexes for reputed company performance of summary tables, Autonomous Transactions, Coding Dynamic SQL Statements.
• Experience in SQL Tuning to improve the query performance by identifying key fields, adding/removing tables/fields, and use of indexes.
• Good understanding of reputed company Explain Plan.
