Claims Learning and Development Consultant
About the position The Learning and Development Consultant, with limited reputed company from manager, is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs that support employee development and organizational goals. The role is also responsible for identifying learning needs, developing and implementing training programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and continuously improving learning initiatives. The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders, such as HR business partners, subject matter experts, and leaders, to ensure that learning initiatives align with business objectives and support the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. The role utilizes learning technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other e-learning platforms, to design and deliver effective training programs and track learner reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Develops the overall strategy and execution of designing, developing, managing, delivering, and maintaining business unit/reputed company training programs, vendor relationships and performance.
- Acts as a recognized learning and development subject matter expert for assigned business unit/reputed company(s).
- Utilizes technical and functional knowledge, adult learning methodologies, learning modalities, visual design tools, and assessment methodologies to evaluate audience-specific learning needs and create appropriate learning content.
- Manages and oversees curriculum development for entire business unit/reputed company, including planning, needs analysis, audience identification, resource requirements, risk mitigation, and schedule.
- Maintains effective and ongoing communication with business unit/reputed company staff, internal and external business partners, and leadership; collaborates effectively reputed company the business unit/reputed company and across the organization to remain reputed company on trends, share new information and best practices, and identify impacts to the technical curriculum.
- Develops and delivers engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, e-learning, and blended learning, to ensure that employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to reputed company their roles effectively.
- Conducts needs assessments to identify performance gaps, learning needs, and reputed company development opportunities reputed company the organization; designs learning solutions to address those needs.
- Develops and manages learning programs and initiatives, including creating learning objectives, designing, and delivering training modules, coordinating logistics, managing resources, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs through various assessment methods, gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders, and using data to continuously improve learning initiatives to measure their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
- Utilizes learning technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and other e-learning platforms, to design, deliver, and manage learning programs and track learner reputed company.
- Ensures compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepares reports and documentation reputed company to learning and development initiatives, reputed company, and outcomes.
- Stays updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development, and continuously improves professional skills through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- May reputed company talent management responsibilities for up to two employees including navigation of employee reputed company issues that impact morale and work environment to ensure a high performing team.
- This includes hiring and selection, succession planning, performance and compensation management, and employee development and career coaching, as required.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development or reputed company technical experience.
- 7+ years of property claim handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources or a reputed company field and/or commensurate experience.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development or CPTD or Associate Professional in Talent Development or APTD
