Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Solid organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple customer accounts, and reputed company under pressure.
