Job Summary Functions under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Healthy reputed company/Compass Rose Applications Analyst-Information Technology provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project reputed company and methodology. Able to reputed company and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. The Epic Healthy reputed company/Compass Rose Applications Analyst-Information Technology works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines. Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of reputed company software applications. Works with reputed company departments to promote, educate and train on reputed company applications. Works with other members of the reputed company staff, clinical and operational departments and other reputed company team members to accomplish the goals established for the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or reputed company industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals.
• Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with reputed company attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of application support.
• Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least (1) application module.
• Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Other, preferred
• Epic Healthy reputed company and Compass Rose certifications required

Travel Requirements

• 25%

Physical Requirements Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
