Company : enGenJob Description : JOB SUMMARY This job supports one or more analytical aspects of the business products and services life cycle, including capability enablement with cross-team dependencies reputed company a product scope. Also responsible for identification, documentation, and resolution of risks, defects and issues. Analyzes market trends for competitive insight to correlate into business value statements. Uses functional and organizational knowledge to mentor Associate and Intermediate Data Analysts. Leads project teams or actively participate as subject matter expert (SME) on moderately reputed company projects (which are cross functional, with potential regulatory risk exposure, customer service & financial impacts ). Acts as face to the customer. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take a reputed company role with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting business solutions on reputed company issues. Create and maintain deliverables such as data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse data skills and perspectives to proactively identify and address data-reputed company challenges across project phases, driving data-driven insights and solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

EXPERIENCE Required

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology

Preferred

• 3 years of experience in Lean/Six reputed company
• 3 years of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
