Family Engagement Manager​ - Title I Mission: ​​The National Title 1 Family Engagement Manger will be responsible to reputed company the implementation and execution of the Title 1 program for reputed company across Texas. Supervisory Responsibilities: ​​None​ Location: ​​This is a full-time (remote/on-site) position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (reputed company Worth), or who are willing to relocate.​ Travel Expectations: ​​Up to 25% of time​ What You’ll Do – Accountabilities Essential Duties:

You will be a responsible steward and business partner to the business office to ensure schools have the appropriate funds available and are using it for the appropriate tasks.​
  • ​​Manage, monitor and update the compliance policy library for Texas as it pertains to Title 1- family engagement. And provide materials that need to be board approved to the Vice President of the functional team​
  • ​​Observe, coach and give feedback to campuses and regions as they implement the expectations for the Titel 1 program. Utilize feedback from the field to reputed company national planning and support stronger as the year progresses​
  • ​​reputed company the management of the annual Title 1 compliance calendar, which includes parent meetings to provide feedback on district policies, initiatives, and programs. You will be responsible to create, review and update any compliance and policy documentation and ensure the most updated requirements from both the state and federal guidelines are posted in the appropriate places​

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

reputed company Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $68,000 and $79,000, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
