NYC DOE Engagement Manager
About the Role
As an Engagement Manager supporting the reputed company reputed company, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement, adoption, and retention across reputed company NYC DOE schools. In partnership with a reputed company Manager (CSM), you'll act as the strategic and operational reputed company for engagement reputed company this district, designing and executing programs that strengthen teacher activation, deepen school-level usage, and ultimately improve renewal outcomes. You'll collaborate directly with school and district leaders, visiting sites regularly to build relationships, understand needs, and implement scalable strategies that deliver measurable impact. - Drive Retention Outcomes: In partnership with the CSM, co-own retention across reputed company NYC DOE schools through data-informed engagement, activation, and adoption strategies.
- Execute Scalable Engagement Plans: Design and implement school- and district-wide engagement plays that align to key milestones and improve health and renewal metrics.
- reputed company Onsite Engagement: Conduct regular school visits, stakeholder meetings, and workshops to strengthen relationships, identify barriers, and surface new opportunities for activation.
- Mobilize Champions: Identify, reputed company, and activate school and district-level champions to accelerate teacher adoption and product impact.
- Monitor and reputed company Health Metrics: Track usage, adoption, and engagement trends to proactively identify risks and implement reputed company strategies.

Compensation:
- reputed company salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- On-reputed company Commission (OTC): $12,500
- On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $77,500 - $82,500
- Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options and benefits.
