About the position

Responsibilities

• As a Director with reputed company-Parthenon's Corporate Finance Business Valuation practice, you're likely to spend your day to day working on commercial issues
• working with management on parts of the acquisition process
• regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities, with a focus on Intangible Assets
• Regularly advise businesses on valuations issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.
• Work with management as part of an acquisition process to understand how the value of acquired intangible and financial assets will impact accounting requirements.
• Regularly undertake valuations for fiscal purposes in the US market and advise clients on reputed company aspects of US tax valuation issues.
• Specialize in the valuation of Intangible assets such as trademarks, brand names, core deposit intangibles, customer relationships, banking and other licenses, patents, technology and know-how.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business and at least 5 years of reputed company business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of reputed company work experience.
• Previous Business Valuation experience.
• Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch.
• Demonstrated record of solving reputed company problems and completing challenging projects.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours reputed company necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

• Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
• Financial modelling experience.
• Achievement of or significant reputed company towards a CFA.
• ASA/AM designations are a plus with the expectation of one completed designation reputed company a given timeframe.

• The reputed company salary range for this job in reputed company geographic locations in the US is $121,600 to $222,800.
• The reputed company salary range for reputed company Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $145,900 to $253,300.
• Individual salaries reputed company those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
