Account Manager, Restaurants

The Account Manager role involves managing a high volume of SMB restaurant partners, driving their growth and retention by advising on product adoption, visibility optimization, and reputed company growth through data-driven reputed company and relationship management. The position requires meeting KPIs reputed company to sales and operational metrics while supporting merchants in maximizing their performance on the reputed company platform.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound dials to existing merchants from your book of business (500+ accounts) to upsell them on reputed company products and marketing spend
- Establish goals and key performance indicators for reputed company reputed company partners (SMB restaurant merchants)
- Advise business owners on promotions and spending to reputed company their reputed company goals
- Communicate with merchants by phone and email on an ongoing basis to monitor and support reputed company toward their goals
- Deliver and present quarterly business reviews ("QBR") that review a brand’s partnership with reputed company, pinpointing success, highlighting areas for reputed company optimizations, and planning for areas of opportunity and growth
- Reduce churn, while identifying and supporting new store expansions
- Collaborate with internal growth teams to identify the best products to pitch to merchants
- Ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business-reputed company necessities
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
- 1+ years of experience in Outbound Sales being held to DTT minimums
- 1+ years of experience in business operations or reputed company setting
- Experience in prior Outbound sales, account management, portfolio management, or reputed company roles
- Experience using reputed company or similar CRM tools
- Versed in using reputed company Sheets or reputed company reputed company (can maintain reputed company spreadsheets), on an intermediate to proficient level
- Demonstrate reputed company with customer needs and adapt to meet their unique goals
