The Role of a Field Customer Support Specialist (Collections)

The Field Customer Support Specialist (collections) plays a vital role in managing customer accounts and meeting blithequark's collections expectations by resolving past due accounts. This role may utilize a company vehicle to complete customer home field visits and product returns in a manner consistent with blithequark standards, policies, and procedures. As a Field Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the collections team to assist in resolving past due accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of past due account activity, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of reputed company field activity, including customer interactions, product returns, and vehicle maintenance.
