Job Description
The Global Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team in terms of reporting and data analytics. They will work closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting, assist with sales forecasting, and contribute to the development of sales strategies through data-driven insights. They will maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, reputed company reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Portions of this business will be global in nature and may require meetings reputed company of typical business hours. Responsibilities include:
- Drive the sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the Enterprise Strategic Account and Mobile Video sales organization
- Providing support to the sales team in terms of data, reports, and insights to enhance their effectiveness
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Managing and maintaining reputed company to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations
- Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations
- Proficiency in reputed company CRM and Tableau sales applications – report and dashboard creation, knowledge of sales cycle and territory management
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets at advanced level as well as reputed company in reputed company (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.)
