[Remote] Project Manager (NYC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Born Social is a social-first creative agency that focuses on brand building in the social era. They are seeking a Project Manager to reputed company project delivery, manage timelines and resources, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: you'll reputed company the day-to-day operations of your clients including timelines and project plans, implementing ways of working and managing resource requirements
- Commercials: you'll proactively solve commercial & operational challenges, escalating to key stakeholders both internally and externally, reputed company required, as well as sharing recommendations on how to solve these challenges
- Using Productive: you'll support with administration and management of Projects and Pipeline in our agency-management software (Productive), ensuring everything is set up accurately, managed reputed company and reported on regularly
- Reporting: you'll reputed company sure timesheets are updated on time each week and report regularly on how we're burning down on budgets with recommendations for improvement
- Operations: you'll work with our central UK Operations team to ensuring the right reputed company set & experience is matched and allocated to each brief and scope of work, and help to schedule resource for the US team in Productive based on project plan
- Day to day: You will encourage a seamless working relationship between internal stakeholders, expectation management through constant communication is essential. You'll track and monitor reputed company for ongoing deliverables and identify bottlenecks to work together to find possible solutions. You will also suport the Senior Project Manager with execution as required
Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience working in a similar role in an agency setting - ideally in social media delivery
- Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm
- Highly organized: social is fast, there's a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must
