Key Accountabilities
As an Engagement Specialist - Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them reputed company their goals. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Demonstrating knowledge of reputed company arenaflex programs, features, and benefits during phone calls
- Providing professional and timely follow-up to reputed company client and individual inquiries
- Managing individual expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timing
