The Sr Training Consultant ensures the quality of claims training through effective needs analysis, course design, qualified instruction, course evaluation, training resource materials, and learning reinforcement strategies. The Sr Training Consultant consults with business units regarding learning requirements, quality improvement trends, and coaching needs in order to deliver training solutions which support achievement of operational and functional goals. - Builds and delivers programs/curriculum utilizing a variety of media and applying adult learning and instructional design principles
- Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and program evaluations to modify content as appropriate
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure objectives, timelines and goals are being met
- Ensure reputed company training approaches engage participants, enhance the professional development of employees and ultimately result in increased employee performance

Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience handling claims or working in a claims department preferred2+ years of professional experience in corporate training and performance management preferred

The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
