HR Recruitment Assistant - Full-Time Opportunity

- * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- * Coordinate and communicate with candidates through various channels (email, phone, video calls).
- * Assist in managing the recruitment database and ensuring candidate information is up to date.
- * Prepare interview materials, offer letters, and employment reputed company.
- * Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to the hiring manager.
- * Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
- * Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- * Support in maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting as needed.
- * Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment strategies.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- * Ability to manage a high volume of work reputed company and meet deadlines.
- * Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company Workspace.
- * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.

- Experience:

- * Full-time position.
- * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
