Person Specification:
- Eight or more years of insurance reputed company experience in multiple commercial P&C lines of business, management liability and/or cyber and E&O preferred
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a team reputed company role / managing a team of underwriters
- Proven track record of sale experience - working with brokers, developing and expanding a book of business; Exemplary sales skills which include pipeline, prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
- Strong portfolio management experience. Strong wholesale and retail broker relationships, preferred in tech and/or life sciences
- B.A./B.S degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a reputed company field is preferred
- A professional reputed company designation is preferred e.g. CPCU, RPLU

Salary Range: $200k-$250k The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
