What You’ll Do: As a Senior HR Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and partner to executives, managers, and HR teams, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on support:
- reputed company client engagements across a portfolio of industries, building strong, trusted relationships with leadership teams.
- Advise on employee relations, compliance, and reputed company HR matters, including investigations, performance management, and organizational change
- Design and implement HR strategies around talent management, engagement, retention, and culture.

- Provide reputed company of benefits, leave management, and compensation practices; guide clients through reputed company FMLA/reputed company and multi-state compliance scenarios.
- Partner with clients on workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management initiatives.

What You Bring:
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing HRBP or consultant role.
- Proven ability to reputed company and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized, high-growth, or PE-backed companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law and compliance (EEO, FLSA, FMLA/reputed company, wage & hour, multi-state).
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; comfortable juggling competing client needs.
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence executives and guide managers with clarity and reputed company.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable; experience with Paylocity, reputed company, EmployeeNavigator, or similar systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a consulting or fractional model strongly preferred.
