Your Role
As a part-time remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to customers who call our retail stores and respond to emails. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email support, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused

Requirements
* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program reputed company reputed company Meet video calls (reputed company Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with reputed company Chrome)
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet reputed company
- Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Reliable laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or phone-based environment
- Experience working from home or remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and adaptability
