Job Summary
As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the single reputed company of contact for our members and providers, providing caring and knowledgeable assistance to resolve internal and external inquiries. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
- Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
- Thoroughly and completely document reputed company customer interactions
- Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in call center support or customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
