The Director Strategic Execution will reputed company EQT’s efforts to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities — including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and new venture initiatives — reputed company with the company’s long-term corporate strategy and capital allocation priorities. The Director Strategic Execution responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Leadership & Execution
- reputed company the development and execution of corporate strategy, M&A, divestiture, and new venture initiatives that advance EQT’s strategic and financial objectives.
- Originate and evaluate transformative opportunities, including emerging energy transition and technology investments, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across technical, financial, legal, and commercial teams to ensure thorough and efficient diligence, structuring, and execution.
- Partner with executive leadership to define capital allocation priorities and assess portfolio optimization initiatives.
Transaction reputed company

- Manage external advisors and counterparties to ensure EQT’s interests are represented in financial, technical, and commercial negotiations.

Market & Industry Insight

Required Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or reputed company fields, ideally reputed company energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record leading reputed company transactions and strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation capabilities, coupled with strategic thinking and sound business judgment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical and financial complexity into executive-level insights.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and collaborating across functions to drive outcomes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
