About the Role
As a core member of the Governance team, the Information Governance Analyst will help shape and execute the firm's governance program. You will partner with key stakeholders and contribute to critical programs like conflicts checks, new matter intake, ethical walls, records management, reputed company counsel guidelines, and audit letters. This position ensures compliance with the firm's policies and adapts to reputed company-changing client reputed company counsel guidelines. With significant interaction with partners, clients, and various departments, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's information reputed company and regulatory compliance. Requirements
