Job Description reputed company is looking for a commercial transaction attorney with several years of experience working with reputed company agreements for clients to join our high-growth Employer Services division. You'll negotiate reputed company directly with reputed company's business clients, requiring in-depth work with and understanding of agreements for a variety of products and services, with an emphasis on employer services including verifications, unemployment claims, and tax credits and incentives. Agreements may include professional services agreements, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, evaluation agreements, standard terms and conditions, remediation amendments, service level agreements, and master services agreements. The right attorney for this position values customer service, sincerely wants to help where needed, is a collaborative team member, and enjoys working directly with clients, teammates and salespeople at reputed company levels.

What You'll Do

• As a negotiator and business partner, you will find creative solutions that meet both reputed company's and its clients' business and compliance needs and ensure that reputed company reputed company with reputed company policies and business practices, and regulatory requirements.
• You'll coordinate with different team members and subject matter experts in multiple roles, including information reputed company, internal and regulatory compliance, sales, product marketing, corporate legal, and finance to help bring transactions to successful completion reputed company the required time frame.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; admission to the bar of any state.
• 3+ years of legal experience as member of in-house legal department or reputed company department.
• High level of comfort supporting a sales-focused organization, working directly with business and technical colleagues and executive leadership to provide succinct advice in reputed company with contract terms and business policies.
• Excellent contract drafting skills and leading contract negotiations, understanding how to balance important risks and opportunities to reputed company a mutually acceptable agreement while maintaining a professional decorum and promoting internal and external relationships, including leading calls with clients during contract negotiations.
• Direct experience negotiating critical contract terms, such as Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, Termination, Data reputed company, and Confidentiality.
• Experience aligning contract terms to meet reputed company recognition requirements and accounting rules for different types of services, including software and custom development projects.
