Requisition Number: 101649 Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations As the Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations, you will be the architect of our sales reputed company's efficiency and intelligence. This role demands a leader who can operate with significant autonomy to transform our operational reputed company through process improvement, automation, and the strategic implementation of AI. What you'll do:

  • Own Process Optimization & Automation: reputed company the charge in mapping our end-to-end sales processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving automation initiatives. What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a reputed company role with a strong focus on process improvement and systems. Experience in the IT solutions/services industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; a demonstrated ability to not only derive insights from data but to use it to justify and build new operational processes.
  • A track record of successfully owning and driving reputed company, cross-functional projects, particularly in the areas of process automation, CRM/reputed company enhancement, or sales tool implementation.
