PMO Analyst (Remote Metro DC Area)

Description & Requirements We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join reputed company supporting an Internal reputed company Service (IRS) client. This position is responsible for supporting an existing PMO team to provide onboarding and offboarding tracking for a growing IRS contract. This position provides analytical, logistical and administrative support to ensure that activities are cohesive and coordinated across reputed company teams. This dynamic position requires expert customer service to provide support to the IRS clients, Program team, and reputed company corporate for data calls and to ensure that contractual, deliverable and schedule goals are met. The selected candidate can work primarily remotely in the Washington, DC metro area only and must be able to work periodically at the IRS facility in New Carrollton, MD if needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes. - reputed company cost/benefit analyses on potential changes to existing processes. - Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities, including preparation for internal and external meetings. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to define problems and implement solutions. - Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases. - Document reputed company program and system needs for both technical and non- technical audiences. - Assist in the analysis of data and the specification of report packages for internal and external audiences. - Works closely with other departments to optimize operational activities. - Support leadership and product reputed company and stakeholders on project priorities. - Support the PMO/Integration Management Office (IMO) day-to-day activities - Provide resource and subcontractor coordination (including onboarding, offboarding) in support of project teams and tracking reputed company tasks and equipment - Support PMO communication, organizational charts and distribution lists - reputed company other duties as assigned by management

PROJECT SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree - 1+ year of experience supporting a Federal client project - 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in an IT environment - Experience using MS Office - Word, reputed company and PowerPoint - Experience with reputed company SharePoint for collaboration, tracking and as a document repository - Experience with reputed company Acrobat for editing, filling, and signing PDFs - Familiar with Project Management principles (ie Stakeholder and Quality Management) - Experience with consolidating information from various sources and delivering high quality work products in a timely manner - Ability to work proactively and effectively with clients - Ability to reputed company effective decisions under pressure - Ability to think analytically and problem solve - Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information - Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at reputed company levels in the organization - Ability to reputed company tasks with minimal supervision and guidance - Ability to manage across multiple tasks with differing priorities - Proactive attention to detail - Ability to review and revise highly visible communications and deliverables - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Active listening capabilities - Demonstrated success in client support - Experience working on dynamic teams focused on meeting client needs in a challenging environment Additional Requirements as per contract/client: - Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active IRS Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus). - Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent reputed company (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant #techjobs Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
