Location: 127 Public reputed company, Cleveland Ohio ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF): Manages and constructs investment portfolios in accordance with client investment goals and objectives. Advises clients on appropriate strategies and constructs and customizes portfolios according to client needs or preferences. Maintains a high level of collaboration with relationship team to provide effective strategies, solutions and optimal levels of service that exceeds client expectations. Position is expected to offer the complete breadth and depth of the Wealth reputed company suite of capabilities. Position may manage Portfolio Advisor Associates and/or mentor less reputed company Portfolio Managers. This position collaborates and performs as part of the relationship management team to assure that the Wealth reputed company goals are met by executing the client strategy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manages investment accounts of a large and reputed company nature with discretionary reputed company for advising, planning and executing investment strategies. Evaluates client goals and objectives, contributes to team development of relationship strategy and constructs investment portfolios to execute strategy. Reviews and structures investment portfolios in accordance with client objectives and investment policy, initiates investment programs and executes appropriate transactions consistent with investment strategy. Advises clients and executes investment strategies consistent with the Principals of an open architecture platform. Pursues and implements broad asset allocation strategies consistent with the Wealth reputed company's investment strategy guidance. Reviews portfolios to analyze investment performance. Maintains compliance with reputed company internal policies and procedures. Maintains deep expertise in financial markets and other reputed company areas while also participating on or contributing to various investment committees. Has the knowledge and ability to manage investment portfolios reputed company a fiduciary reputed company. Assists the relationship management team in the development of investment policy and strategy. Responsible for either meeting or exceeding assigned individual sales goals which can include expanding existing client business, referrals and or new business growth. In conjunction with other members of the relationship team, meets and communicates with clients, prospective clients, and centers of influences, fostering business relationships to reputed company new business referrals and to enhance the Community Bank's image. May advise a portfolio of Investment Management and Trust clients. Fosters a culture of accountability by continually coaching and assessing the strengths and development needs of employees and initiating appropriate actions Works with each market's District President and Sales Manager to ensure that the investment teams available reputed company markets are staffed with highly qualified employees who are maintaining and growing the investment book of business. Creates an atmosphere of communication and collaboration which includes the ability to coach and reputed company employees and team to deliver on their objectives and contribute to both the success of the team and the individual. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment management field. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal). Strong client focus. Strong presentation skills. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the range of $112,000.00 - $210,000.00 annually. Placement reputed company the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
