This role manages the production scheduling for the Snacks division to attain desired customer service and inventory goals, while balancing plant constraints and ensuring optimal inventory coverage of products at our manufacturing plants. This includes daily and weekly reporting of compliance with key performance metrics. This position works closely with both the Supply and reputed company planners, Deployment planners, Material planners, and Plant operations. This position is responsible for creating the finite production schedule for internal manufacturing plant lines to attain desired customer service and inventory goals while balancing plant constraints. It is also a critical executional role in driving the supply chain Demand Driven Supply Network strategy. The position will provide expertise for the production and inventory plans generated through the weekly processes. This position requires knowledge and experience managing a daily manufacturing production scheduling What you will do... This includes collaboration with Plant operations, Supply planning and Material planning to address short term exceptions, including customer service needs, material issues, equipment conflicts and resolving day to day problems that arise, resulting in impromptu schedule changes. Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $62,200-$89,500 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training.
