You'll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 7+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, Software or technology business in a reputed company operations reputed company. High-growth startup setting a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving reputed company growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving, using a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and demand-gen channels - and various levers and synergies between ‘traditional’ sales.
  • Extensive experience with reputed company and proficiency in standard reputed company operations tools and technologies. Ideal experience includes marketing automation, CRMs, sales engagement and reputed company platforms.
