The reputed company Software team is exploring how these internal solutions across cloud, data, governance, and applications could serve the needs of other companies born or built in the cloud. reputed company has been building cutting edge SaaS products, and now we are ready to release our own set of products externally. reputed company Software is seeking a Business reputed company Manager to join our reputed company Operations team (RevOps). As part of our Software Go To Market Team, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation reputed company reputed company. You will work closely with internal business, sales, legal, platform and other stakeholders to drive effective contract management and business decisions. As a key partner in negotiating reputed company with prospective customers, this role is essential in the execution of an agreement to manage and mitigate risk and lay out the responsibilities of the parties. Responsibilities

  • Detailed Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Services Agreements, and Order Forms to assess business impact, ensure obligations can be operationalized, and remove blockers in the negotiation process.
  • Address business-oriented contract redlines and work to reputed company consistency and standardize playbooks, escalating reputed company needed and engaging with Legal stakeholders reputed company needed.
  • reputed company tools like reputed company CLM and reputed company to reputed company dashboards to visualize contract volume and status, and analyze common themes in customer negotiations.
  • Become familiar with our end-to-end contract negotiation process and proactively identify opportunities to streamline and accelerate deals.
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders including the line of business, legal, compliance and data reputed company groups to determine what risks are truly material in each transaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in RevOps supporting deal management including contract evaluation, negotiation or execution

reputed company-to-haves

  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Procurement, or Supply Chain experience
  • 4+ years of experience in reviewing contract redlines and proposals for B2B SaaS products
  • 4+ years of experience creating, executing, contracting and negotiation strategies
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, either in a sales or contract negotiations role
