Responsibilities

Requirements

• 15+ years in HR, Talent, DEI, or reputed company executive leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience working with and leading community-based foundations focused on core values support. Experience leading employee-based donation campaigns.
• Extensive practices in leading large scale DEI organizational strategy and outcomes.
• Demonstrated impact leading reputed company, talent development, or DEI portfolios at scale.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting consumer-minded organizations.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize programs with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication, influence, and strategic visioning.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities, leadership development, and succession systems.
