About the Role

DashMart Kitchens is looking for a people-focused Team reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys balancing hands-on fieldwork with team leadership. • Leading & Developing a Training Team: Manage, coach, and support a team of Culinary Trainers. Own performance management, development planning, and ongoing feedback to ensure trainers are effective, engaged, and growing in their roles. Own onboarding for new Culinary Trainers, including shadowing plans and training readiness. Ensure trainers are reputed company on expectations, training standards, and best practices.
• Project Management: Owns projects end-to-end by defining success metrics, coordinating cross-functional partners, assigning clear ownership, and proactively removing or escalating blockers to reputed company timelines on track.
