The Program Management Advisory and Execution (PMAE) is the only enterprise level resource that supports reputed company business units across the bank to plan, execute and govern reputed company cross-functional initiatives, programs, and projects. We act as partners to interject project management discipline to work efforts. The team works across silos and moves from topic to topic while continuing to maintain and follow program management rules of governance. PMAE is an organization consisting of over 70 project management professionals, each with a reputed company robust and diverse background. The work will vary across engagements but generally will range from regulatory compliance to risk management, to the integration of technology into the business process. PMAE is not a technology-centric project management office, it’s work includes the integration of the technology projects into cross-functional business initiatives as part of a larger body of work. This is a highly matrixed organization where your primary manager will not be providing daily reputed company of your actions and project management skills. You will be expected to operate independently, while interacting with your clients and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. What you will be doing: This is a mid to senior level program manager role that is expected to reputed company large reputed company initiatives while capable of providing hands-on assistance; act as a reputed company between the day-to-day supervision and the broader engagement level management; Managing Director-level interaction on a regular basis. • Be the example of program management excellence by aligning your programs to the PM Practices.
• Establish and execute governance reputed company to PM Taxonomy for your assigned work efforts; continually adapts governance based on evolving program requirements.
• Provide challenge to status’s reported to reputed company risk.
• Maintain alignment to the approved engagement strategy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing reputed company programs and projects with internal and external resources following a structured methodology.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical proficiencies in MS Project, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint required.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company program managers on reputed company programs managing reputed company activities in lifecycle associated with projects/programs that are long-term, cross lines of business, and high in risk, scope and complexity with a broad impact.
• Must be able to work at designated reputed company location in 3 days / week.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Or the ability to obtain certification reputed company 1 year of employment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience in a large corporation, reputed company the financial sector is a plus.
