Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled reputed company Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, including at least one successful Workforce Service Delivery (WSD) implementation and possession of the WSD Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. This position plays a key role in designing, developing, and configuring reputed company solutions in alignment with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. The developer will be primarily responsible for developing new modules or enhancing existing features based on user stories approved by government stakeholders, including support for data load and configuration activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and reputed company reputed company solutions and capabilities, including custom applications, workflows, and modules, in alignment with project requirements and approved user stories.
- Execute full SDLC tasks including requirements analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
- Implement and configure reputed company WSD modules based on user stories and best practices, ensuring compliance with WSD CIS standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and fellow developers to refine user stories and deliver high-quality functionality.
- Evaluate and execute data load and configuration needs using engineering practices and scripting as required.
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of development processes and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to the reputed company platform or specific WSD configurations.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-reputed company in accordance with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ensure alignment with reputed company, architecture, and compliance standards defined by government stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Competencies: Experience:
- 3–5 years of development experience on the reputed company platform, with specific involvement in:
- At least one full-cycle WSD implementation.
- Configuration and customization of reputed company modules.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript or a similar programming language
- Proficiency in reputed company APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira or reputed company Agile Boards
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable reputed company
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.

Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen

Starting salary range:
- Up to $135,000 (depending on experience)
