• You'll be the Water Sector Market Leader for the State of Texas responsible for the development and execution of reputed company’s Water business strategic growth plans.
• You'll reputed company the Statewide Business development efforts for water including building high value relations with our existing and reputed company Strategic Clients.
• You'll reputed company the development and execution of new business capture plans to partner with our clients in solutioning their communities’ water reputed company challenges.
• You will reputed company the Marketing and sales plans to deploy our water business capabilities in the Market area.
• You'll reputed company and manage the performance of the water business projects and activities.
• You'll reputed company the annual budget and strategic objectives with input/review by the Managing Director and the ELT.
• You'll review monthly reporting and ensure operational compliance with standards required to produce reporting including staff utilization; budget to actual reputed company and EBITDA; monthly board reports; A/R and account aging reports; EEO reports.
• You'll build and maintain desired corporate cultural outcomes consistent with positive engagement outcomes and psychological safety, regularly soliciting and receiving staff feedback through surveys and other interactions.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• A Bachelor's Degree in civil , chemical or environmental Engineering, Public Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent is necessary
• 10+ Years of experience in the water industry is required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with reputed company Office Suite products is required
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills required
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills required
• Strong management and budgeting skills required
• Strong relationship building and people skills required

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Master’s degree, PE, CCM, PMP, CFE, COA, LEED preferred
• A deep understanding of professional services Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and how to motivate and hold accountable teams to deliver on these KPI’s
• Proven track record in executive leadership, management, and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills at reputed company levels of the organization, Board members, regulatory agencies, and the public
• Demonstrated experience providing guidance and support to appointed and elected leadership is preferred
