Your Role at arenaflex
As a Freelance Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns
- Representing our company and SEO product with excellent customer service
- Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work
- Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department
What We Expect from You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- At least six months of experience in customer service
- Fluency in spoken and written German skills (essential)
- Good English skills (for internal communication only)
- Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied
Work Environment and Flexibility
As a Freelance Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, with a stable internet connection and a computer. Your working hours will be:
- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday
- No work on weekends or holidays
