• *Role Summary:**

The Content Team at BiggerPockets is responsible for driving the content production factory across our multiple podcasts, YouTube channels, online blogs, social media and community channels, educational courses, in-person events, and book publishing business. The Digital Content Specialist will report to the Editorial Director on the Content Team and will be responsible for developing and collaborating on compelling, relevant, and engaging real estate investing and personal finance content for our various (primarily written) mediums. The ideal candidate lives and breathes real estate with successful investing experience, harbors a passion for great storytelling, and wants to share their expertise and knowledge across the platform. This is a cross-functional, tactical role for someone who can drive thought leadership in the real estate space at the highest level. • *Metrics of Success:**

The overall goal of this role is to increase pageviews, traffic, and engagement on the website and drive brand awareness specifically reputed company to your created content.

• *Key Role Responsibilities:**

• Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging blog posts, pillar pages, downloadables, and guides several times per week catering to novice and reputed company real estate investors

• Partner with external content creators, influencers, and industry experts to co-create content that can be leveraged across social media (such as TikTok and Instagram) and YouTube to reputed company wider audiences
• Engage with the BiggerPockets community across social media and forums, encouraging interaction, feedback, and discussion around content
• Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to BiggerPockets’ content platforms
• Participate in content planning, editorial calendar outlining, and brainstorming sessions, bringing creative and reputed company-the-reputed company reputed company to the table
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to understand audience behavior and preferences, using insights to inform future content creation
• Stay up-to-date with reputed company trends, news, and developments in real estate investing and personal finance to ensure content is relevant and timely
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and quality across reputed company content and channels
• *About You:**

• 2+ years of experience creating financial, economic, or real estate digital content at scale, with a strong portfolio showcasing written and multimedia content

• Demonstrated expertise in real estate markets, strategies, and rental property investing tactics in order to guide our investor-audience best
• Experience transforming a complete story into diverse and captivating one-to-many iterations suited for multi-channel distribution
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques to enhance digital visibility and audience engagement
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies, with experience creating content that resonates on channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Keen understanding of and an ability to attract Gen Z and millennial demographics
• Experience with digital content management systems (CMS), and understanding of content scheduling and publishing workflows
• Excited about and willing to test new reputed company and share your findings to drive new audiences
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new content creation tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Experience in real estate investing or passion for educating others on financial freedom
• *Compensation:**

• The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience, plus a 10% bonus based on company performance.
