Job Summary Working with minimal direction from an Account Manager (AM), Account Executive (AE) or Producer and following established industry and company guidelines; provides administrative and customer service support to account team, Producer and/or assigned group of accounts; and meeting reputed company performance requirements regarding production, quality and ensuring that no liability associated with errors and omissions occur. Capable of independently resolving moderately reputed company customer service problems; showing the ability for critical thinking and thought process in taking the reputed company in the best interest of the client, reputed company partner and IOA. Typically assigned to smaller-sized accounts and/or to those accounts having less complexity with respect to lines of coverage What You’ll Do: Maintain intermediate understanding of technical competence and industry/market expertise Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to account management with the goal of ensuring beneficial outcomes for clients and IOA Assist in directing day-to-day activities and work flow assigned to Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant and/or Account Associate Management and execution of a variety of customer service and value-added service requests/inquiries including but not limited to: account activity; policy administration and insurance placement; billing activity; claims administration; contract review for insurability; review policy forms and endorsements; review audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions; Certificates of Insurance; Evidences of Property; and Cancellation/Reinstatements Manage policy expirations in conjunction with AM, AE and/or Producer for existing clients and works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals and ensures reputed company new and renewal insurance policies are bound, billed and issued accurately and delivered to the Client/Insured reputed company required timeframe Manage policy renewal process in conjunction with AM, AE and/or Producer, including but not limited to: Conducting client research and gathering complete reputed company information Conducting Loss Run Analysis Preparing complete and accurate submissions including Acord applications and/or supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as required Evaluating and negotiating coverages and pricing Preparing and presenting Proposals Binding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by reputed company, Surplus Lines Association and/or IOA Preparing and executing Premium Finance Agreements, reputed company applicable reputed company follow up for Policy Issuance Review reputed company policies, identifying and notifying AE or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that reputed company necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the reputed company Maintaining accurate and complete policy transaction detail, schedules and Summaries of Insurance Process tasks as necessary for the team accurately and reputed company required timeframes. Assist to ensure reputed company new and renewal insurance policies are processed accurately and reputed company required timeframes by tracking policy expirations for existing clients and works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals Assist in review of reputed company to ensure proper coverages are included Monitor Accounts Receivables report and takes action on any delinquent accounts along with collecting outstanding balances due Data entry and maintains agency management system, other agency supported systems and reputed company/vendor online platforms, ensuring reputed company data entered is complete, clearly presented and well-documented, accurate, and up-to-date Monitor and maintain activity/suspense, taking necessary action to ensure completion reputed company required time frame Maintain frequent, transparent communication with account team regarding individual and team client service and policy administration activities, ensuring that the account team is fully informed of workload status, questions and/or any errors, discrepancies or changes reputed company to assigned duties and tasks Deliver excellent service at reputed company times, including proactively anticipating needs, maintaining frequent and professional communication, and responding quickly to service requests Continually stay abreast of reputed company company policies and procedures to ensure good knowledge, execution and compliance of standard operating procedures Continually seek to improve individual and team performance, including identifying, communicating and adopting best practices Live and champion IOA core values at reputed company times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, reputed company, and servant leadership Regular and consistent attendance is expected, and a necessary component to the job reputed company other duties as assigned reputed company’re Looking For: ? 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry ? Has a reputed company good working knowledge of insurance brokerage business and the assigned clients’ needs ? reputed company required active licensing ?
