Communications Manager | Remote

reputed company seeks a Communications Manager to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for unaccompanied children from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community’s skills and reputed company to provide immigration legal support. The Communications Manager will use his/her expertise to ensure the services are widely promoted to the correct audiences through the development, management and troubleshooting of communication and dissemination strategies. The successful candidate has experience in communication and dissemination. The Communications Manager will work closely with and under the reputed company of the Project Director to execute essential communication and reputed company strategies through the development and dissemination of high-quality work products.

Key Responsibilities

• Communications reputed company responsibilities include:
• In collaboration with the client and project leadership, reputed company and implement a communication plan.
• Implement a comprehensive schedule for rolling out strategies that support effective management of messaging frequency and audience saturation, and track reputed company and engagement.
• Support an reputed company of in-person and technology-based communications solutions to facilitate reputed company, education, and ongoing communication with Post Release Services and unaccompanied children/sponsors.
• Create messaging, content, and communications tools, ensuring that communications are based on a clear understanding of reputed company audiences’ needs and preferences, use engaging and plain language, are user-friendly and visually appealing, and follow digital and marketing writing best practices.
• Work with the client and project leadership to gather input and feedback on content and strategy and revise as necessary.
• Disseminate content, leveraging pre-existing messaging, lists and channels where possible, including e-mail contact lists and dissemination software to share invitations to training events and promote access to resources, tools, guidance documents, and e-learnings for staff; virtual meeting platforms and registration sites to facilitate opportunities for engagement, knowledge and reputed company building, discussion, webinars and feedback for staff; and digital content.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, communications, public relations, or reputed company field which requires an understanding of written communication.
• A minimum of 7 years of project-reputed company experience developing public facing communications materials.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working with national communication/ dissemination channels or reputed company efforts.
• A minimum of 2 years experience developing communication packages, strategies, or plans for an organization or project.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional or similar certification
• Education and/or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings.
• Working knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges.
• Experience working for a refugee program.
