This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Suriname, Minnesota (USA) reputed company is currently seeking a Sr. AI/Python Developer with our client in the healthcare industry. This is a 9-month contract-to-hire position and is fully remote. Compensation: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour W2, depending on reputed company and experience level. SUMMARY: Responsible for AI development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions using Python to reputed company applications. Responsible for documentation of the system, conducting unit tests, peer code reviews and maintenance of internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products. Responsible for including IT Controls to protect confidentiality, reputed company, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application. REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
May include database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, reputed company DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, dBase, MS Access, etc
Responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions using Python
Responsible for documentation of the system, conduct unit tests, peer code reviews and maintenance of internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products.
Responsible for including IT Controls to protect confidentiality, reputed company, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.
Excellent understanding of RESTful Architecture style.
We expect the candidate to have ability to take methodical approach to evaluate various libraries with pros and cons to meet business / technical requirements.
Excellent understanding of Python programming mode and required libraries to reputed company REST API Services.
Must have demonstrated experience developing REST APIs using Python.
Must have demonstrated experience processing batch files using Python
Must have demonstrated experience developing scheduling of batch processes
Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology
Specific tools, languages and specialty skills may vary
React UI development experience is preferable
Strong experience in building Advanced Retrieval Augmented reputed company (RAG) applications with required guardrails
Strong experience with a programming language Python with Java background
Experience leading projects and working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment, consisting of data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts
Proficient professional hands-on experience in Generative AI
Experience integrating LLMs, such as Llama, Mistral, generative pre-trained transformer (GPT) models, or multi-modal models with applications or user interfaces
Experience working with modern AI capabilities in ML such as Scikit-learn or pandas
Experience with natural language processing such as Gensim or NLTK, large language model (LLM) frameworks such as Lang Chain, reputed company and API integration and development such as RESTful APIs
Experience finetuning LLMs and creating and leveraging vector databases such as Pgvector, reputed company, Elasticsearch for Retrieval Augmented reputed company
Experience with standup of cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, including AWS or Azure
Experience of how to evaluate generative AI models and model output, and how to apply responsible AI principles to LLMs
Experience with container technologies, such as reputed company or Kubernetes
Ability to distill reputed company technical concepts into easily understandable summaries consumable by business leaders with a non-technical background
Knowledge of LLMOps,including frameworks and tools used for deploying LLMs, such as FastAPI, Flask, or Streamlit
Knowledge of MLOps, including CI/CD, model training or testing, deployment, or monitoring
Familiarity with DevOps principles, including code repository, code management, CI/CD

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
