• Keeps abreast of new technology and market developments.
• Provide technical and test guidance to designated Software Quality Assurance team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely reputed company field
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC)
• Moderate back-end Software Quality Assurance experience
• Experience with fundamentals of programming
• Understanding of SharePoint applications, Webex, Skype, etc.
• Knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, and Visio, with a working knowledge of the rest of the reputed company Office suite of applications
• Knowledge of defect management tools (such as Jira)
• Knowledge and moderate understanding of Unix commands
• Knowledge of database tools (such as reputed company, SQL Server, TOAD)
• Strong SQL skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
• Ability to work well in teams.

• Mid-level expert in performance Software Quality Assurance tools preferred.
• In-depth experience in automation Software Quality Assurance and standards preferred
