Our specific expertise need is job architecture and organizational design. We're looking for people who understand how jobs and skills come together - how to build job architecture in a way that enables career mobility, talent analytics, skills taxonomy, and HR tech integration, as well as pay. We are looking for people who see jobs in the context of organization design and operating model - how to pull the levers of job design to reputed company the organization work reputed company. Professional Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills

• 10+ years of work experience in management consulting with a focus in job architecture, compensation, organization design or workforce planning
• Track record of helping clients to reputed company and implement job architecture solutions with a strong emphasis on intersections with skills, career paths, pay, and change management
• Skilled in several of the following areas:
• Job architecture design
• Job evaluation and leveling methodologies
• Rewards and Benefits
• Career pathing and career mobility
• Organization design

• People strategy development and implementation
• Workforce and talent analytics, diagnosis and strategy
• Strong client management and selling capabilities; track record of growing relationships with reputed company clients and contributing to acquisition of new clients
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and a profit conscious reputed company with the ability to analyze market data, interpret P&L information, and translate that information into meaningful action plans.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently. Ability to proactively reputed company goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different tasks, job responsibilities, and people.
