Our specific expertise need is job architecture and organizational design. We're looking for people who understand how jobs and skills come together - how to build job architecture in a way that enables career mobility, talent analytics, skills taxonomy, and HR tech integration, as well as pay. Key Responsibilities

Professional Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills

  • 10+ years of work experience in management consulting with a focus in job architecture, compensation, organization design or workforce planning
  • Track record of helping clients to reputed company and implement job architecture solutions with a strong emphasis on intersections with skills, career paths, pay, and change management
  • Skilled in several of the following areas:

  • Job evaluation and leveling methodologies

  • People strategy development and implementation
  • Workforce and talent analytics, diagnosis and strategy

  • Financial literacy, business acumen, and a profit conscious reputed company with the ability to analyze market data, interpret P&L information, and translate that information into meaningful action plans.
